Agenzia Serena was born in the early 60īs to satisfy the growing request of summer houses for the north Italian families. Once take confidence with the home market, the family that manage the agency was ready to look out of Italy to take the opportunities the European market offer, especially the German language one.
Since the 70īs the wonderful and extensive beach of Bibione attracted tourists from all over Europe. Agenzia Serenaī s mission has always been to allow each tourist to enjoy in the best way possible their holiday. Our job consist in proposing to every tourist and to every family the apartment that can better satisfy their need cause our customersī full satisfaction is our added value.
In the meanwhile Agenzia Serena has been able to become one of the main player in Bibione real estate sector, building up and selling houses realized to cover all the different market ranges: from the indipendent villa till the apartment in villages with swimming pool, just like Seafront complex and elegantly finished residence. The success of the real estate structures realized during the years is due to the scrupulous attention payed even for the smallest details and to the abilty to understand and identify the marketīs needs.
The fall down of the Berlinīs Wall has gave us the chance to enhace our stays with lot of family coming from the East Europe that for the first time was looking out to the Adriatic Sea. Nowadays a new challenge has came with the globalization: be able to welcome customers from any different place abroad with the same style and the same kindness that has always distinguished us. Our mission doesnīt change: to provide a service designed on customerīs needs.
